- The flat is lawn facing, 2 side fully open, with 3 bedrooms, all of which open into a balcony of their own and each with an attached bathroom.
- Additionally, a fourth bedroom can be used as a servant room as it has a separate entrance. This too has an attached bathroom.
- The drawing/dining room also opens into a balcony of its own, which joins the kitchen.
- There is an iron gate outside the main door and the servant door, for additional security.
- All bathrooms (including the servant bathroom) are fitted with geysers and mirrors and their attachment. Additionally, there are fixtures such as exhaust fans, water jets, toilet paper holders, "corner" (meant for holding toiletries) etc. in metal (and not plastic material) in the bathrooms.

- Such woodwork also exists in the kitchen. The kitchen also has a geyser and a high strength Faber chimney. Above the double wash basin I`ve provided an attachment for utensils to drain and dry, before they can be stored away.
- There are light fixtures in all rooms, kitchen, balconies and outside the main door of the premises and lobby area. There are fans in all rooms and the kitchen.
- All rooms have curtain rods.
- There is an additional glass door that separates the kitchen from the drawing/dining area, for effective air-conditioning.
- Practically all the doors in the house (other than the two main outer doors and doors leading to each bedroom) have stained glass or fused glass embellishment.
- There is one reserved basement parking slot.
- Access to the building is through swipe cards for security.
- Rental expected Rs. 60,000 per month + maintenance charges (which are Rs. 8488 per quarter).
